Melissa Vainik is an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney who is no stranger to the courtroom.  Ms. Vainik has been practicing Criminal Law since 1995.  Ms. Vainik has handled thousands of trials, hearings, and other court proceedings in the district, circuit and juvenile courts of Michigan and has regularly obtained acquittals and dismissals on behalf of her clients.

Ms. Vainik received her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, graduating in 1991.  Ms. Vainik pursued her legal education at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where she graduated cum laude in 1995.  She received the American Jursiprudence book award in Family Law.
